The City of Winters California, The Winters Chamber of Commerce, and Bay Area Pop Up Events are excited to invite everyone to participate in and attend the Annual Winters Holiday Tractor Parade and Festival on: Friday, December 2nd & Saturday, December 3rd, 2022 From 2 pm to 10 pm, Both Days.

Holiday Tree Lighting Starts at 6 pm on Friday, December 2nd, 2022 

The Tractor Parade Starts at 6 pm on Saturday, December 3rd, 2022

We will be expanding the already successful Tree Lighting Program on Friday, and Tractor Parade on Saturday and adding a holiday marketplace, more kids and family activities, costumed characters, live entertainment, food trucks, and many more holiday surprises.

Our goal is to make the 2022 Winters Holiday Tractor Parade and Festival one of the best ones yet. All of which are Live, Local & Safely Social!

We will be kicking off the festivities on Friday, December 2nd at 2 pm in Rotary Park, and on Main Street with a Holiday Marketplace, kids’ activities, Live Entertainment from local bands, Santa and friends meet and greet, and of course the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony.

We will continue the fun on Saturday, December 3rd in Rotary Park and City Park while our team’s stage for the Holiday Tractor Parade on Main Street which is shaping up to be the largest one to date.

The Annual Winters Holiday Tractor Parade & Festival is a fantastic way to support downtown restaurants and businesses and make them shine in the community.
